Resistance Continues Until Liberation

The Palestinian Youth Movement extends our salutations to the Palestinian resistance and to all of our people for this courageous victory over the Zionist regime. We honor the hundreds of martyrs and prisoners who have paid the ultimate price in defense of our people’s lives, rights, and land. We affirm that we will continue the struggle against Zionist colonialism and occupation, and will not rest until Palestine is free from the river to the sea. 

We have demonstrated to the world that Palestinians--from Haifa to Jerusalem, from Gaza to Beirut, from Los Angeles to Berlin--are united underneath the banner of justice and dignity. We have shown that popular resistance, including a historic general strike, is the path to our salvation. Despite our geographic fragmentation, we remain as a resilient and unified people in our commitment to resistance until liberation and return.

We are excited to be a part of the resurgence of the power of our youth and the diaspora in our struggle. We will remain committed to continuing our work and will never allow them to count on us to relent. Our people in Gaza have valiantly defended the Palestinian people’s right to self-defense in the face of Zionist attempts to “mow the lawn.” Our youth in Jerusalem have defended Al-Aqsa and our religious sites from Zionist encroachment. They have defended their homes in Sheikh Jarrah, and resisted the persistent onslaught of Zionist settlers there and across all of Palestine, from al-Lid to Nablus. 

The Palestinian resistance has shown itself to be more popular than ever and has reactivated the Palestinian and solidarity movement globally, showing us that the path to victory runs through the streets of Palestine. We are proud of this victory, but we must not relent. We call on Palestinians in the diaspora and the supporters of our just cause to intensify their efforts to confront Zionism. While we may have won this battle, we know the war against Zionist colonialism and occupation is far from over. We call on everyone to continue their work by:

  1. Joining and supporting existing Palestinian and solidarity organizations;

  2. Organizing boycott, divestment, and sanctions campaigns;

  3. Mobilizing against continued US and Canadian complicity in the oppression of Palestinians by demanding an end to diplomatic cover and direct military funding;

  4. Confronting normalization efforts within religious institutions and Arab and Muslim countries, and

  5. Continuing to raise our voices in support of Palestinian popular resistance.


We know the path to total victory. We must now stay the course. 

المقاومة مستمرة حتى التحرير

توجه حركة الشباب الفلسطيني تحية اكبارواجلال لعموم شعبنا وفي مقدمته المقاومة الفلسطينية الباسلة ونبارك لهم بهذا الانتصار التاريخي على العدو الصهيوني. ونؤكد على أن التضحيات التي قدمها شعبنا من مئات الشهداء والاسرى وآلاف الجرحى ما هي إلا دليل على أن شعبنا مستعد لأن يقدم كل ما يملك دفاعاً عن حقوقنا المشروعة وعن قضيتنا العادلة. إن هذه التضحيات الجسيمة التي قدمها ويقدمها شعبنا لن تذهب سدا وشعبنا اثبت بأنه سيواصل الكفاح حتى تحرير فلسطين كاملة من النهر إلى البحر.

لقد أظهرنا للعالم أن الشعب الفلسطيني - من حيفا إلى القدس ، ومن غزة إلى بيروت ، ومن لوس أنجلوس إلى برلين ، متحد تحت راية العودة والتحرير. لقد أظهرنا أن المقاومة، بما في ذلك المقاومة الشعبية والتي تجلت بالإضراب العام التاريخي الذي خاضه شعبنا، هي الطريق الوحيد للحرية. وبالرغم من تباعدنا الجغرافي، نبقى شعب واحد موحد تحت راية المقاومة والتحرير والعودة.

إننا في حركة الشباب الفلسطيني نمثل مكون من مكونات الشعب الفلسطيني في الشتات، واننا بكفاحنا إذ نقوم بدورنا التاريخي والضروري في مواصلة النضال كما هو مطلوب من عموم شعبنا الفلسطيني في كل أماكن تواجده، ونؤكد هنا بأننا سنبقى ملتزمين بالعمل النضالي وأن القضية الفلسطينية ستبقى قضيتنا المركزية وأننا "لن ننسى" كما كان يراهن المحتل الصهيوني. لقد استطاع الفلسطينيون في غزة الدفاع ببسالة عن حقنا المشروع في الدفاع عن النفس عندما صمدوا وقاوموا الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية المتكررة والتي تهدف لابادة الوجود الفلسطيني على كامل الأراضي الفلسطينية. لقد دافع شبابنا في القدس عن الأقصى وجميع المواقع الدينية وعن منازل الشيخ جراح، عندما قاوموا بأقل الامكانيات واصعب الظروف هذه الهجمات المستمرة للمستوطنين الصهاينة وقوات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي. لقد قاوم شعبنا ببسالة الاستفزازات والاعتداءات الاسرائيلية عندما انتفض في كل فلسطين التاريخية، من رأس الناقورة شمالا إلى أم الرشراش جنوبا، وهذا ما يثبت وحدة الدم والمصير الفلسطيني بالرغم من كل محاولات التقسيم والأسرلة.

أثبتت المقاومة الفلسطينية أنها أكثر شعبية من أي وقت مضى ، وأنها قادرة على إعادة القضية الفلسطينية إلى سلم الأولويات حول العالم. نحن فخورون بهذا النصر التاريخي في هذه المعركة، ولكن الحرب ما زالت مستمرة، لذلك علينا أن نستمر في نضالنا.ومن هنا ندعو فلسطينيي الشتات وأنصار قضيتنا العادلة إلى تكثيف جهودهم وعملهم من خلال:

الانضمام إلى المنظمات والحركات الفلسطينية والتضامنية القائمة ودعمها

تنظيم حملات المقاطعة وسحب الاستثمارات وفرض العقوبات على الكيان الصهيوني

التعبئة ضد التواطؤ الأمريكي والكندي المستمر في قمع الفلسطينيين من خلال المطالبة بإنهاء الغطاء الدبلوما والمساعدات العسكرية والمالية المباشرة للكيان الصهيوني

مواجهة الجهود الداعية للتطبيع داخل المؤسسات والدول العربية والإسلامية

الاستمرار في العمل والتنظيم لدعم المقاومة الشعبية الفلسطينية

إن طريق التحرير أصبح واضحًا جليًا، وعلينا مواصلة العمل بشكل جاد حتى تحقيق أهداف وتطلعات شعبنا في التحرير والعودة.
